JUICE MACHINE PROFILE
Standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles rinsing, hot filling and capping. It is applicable to fruit juice, tea beverage, functional beverage, etc with 2000-20000BPH capacity. According to the special production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.
<1> The beverage processing system applies to beverage processing for hot filling line and CSD filling line.

The tube(pipe) sterilize machine can take hot process on the liquid foods and beverage.
It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps. in which haven't been disinfected by themal tea,fruit juice which having been filed in PET bottle.
